Every appointment ends with something new to remember: an exercise, a worksheet, a new goal, a shift in priorities. CaraSync catches it in the moment, whether it's spoken instructions, a handout, a portal message, or a quick video, and turns it into one clear program, all in one place you can see at a glance.
Join the waitlistSpoken instructions, a handout, a portal message, a text, a quick video: click to record, and CaraSync takes it from there.
However messy the input, a rushed hallway conversation, a photographed handout, a voice memo, CaraSync turns it into organized steps for that child, for that therapy.
Share your child's program with grandparents, sitters, or anyone else who helps, so the work doesn't rest on just you.
A musician might have a lesson every week, but without practice in between, those skills take longer to develop. Home programs are that practice, the repetition that keeps hard-won gains from slipping. CaraSync is built for those days, however many therapies and however many kids you're carrying.

Sarah Price is a pediatric therapy practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the field of occupational therapy. She brings the experience of working alongside children, families, and multidisciplinary therapy and behavioral teams.
She is also the mother of a medically involved child with special needs. Her professional experience and personal journey have given her a unique perspective on pediatric therapy, from both the clinician's and the caregiver's point of view. Navigating multiple therapies for her own child gave her firsthand insight into the challenges families face when carrying out home therapy programs in their day-to-day lives.
That combination of experience is the foundation behind this project.

Not yet. CaraSync is in development. The waitlist is how we choose who gets into the first beta, and waitlist families get in before anyone else.
We haven't set pricing. The beta will be free for the families who help us build it, and we'll tell waitlist members what we're planning before anyone is asked to pay for anything.
Each therapy gets its own program, and each child gets their own set, so one child in speech only is just as simple as three children with a therapy each. If you'd rather see everything as one daily list with activities labeled by therapy and by child, that's a direction we can build; tell us on the form and it moves up the list.
No. CaraSync works from whatever your clinicians already send home. If they want to participate later, even better, but nothing depends on it.
We use it to decide what to build first and to know where to launch. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to marketing lists. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Very few. One when the beta opens, and possibly one asking a few questions about how therapy works in your house. That's it.
Join the waitlist and you'll be first into the beta, first to tell us what's working, and first to shape what comes next.
